What we collect

When you call, book online or fill in a form on this site we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the plumbing problem. If you join the Genzel Guardian Plan we also hold the billing details needed to run the membership.

What we use it for

To respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, send arrival updates, invoice you, and run your Guardian Plan membership. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people and systems needed to do the job, such as our scheduling and payment providers.
