Genzel Plumbing Company LLC works to make its website and digital services accessible to people with disabilities. We believe every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence, and that includes being able to book a plumber online without obstacles.

What we do

We follow the relevant version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), using industry standard methods and tools. Our approach combines manual accessibility auditing with automated scans, and we have engaged the accessibility consultancy UserWay to help bring the site into conformance. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep monitoring and improving.
