The Genzel Guardian Plan is $27 a month on a 12-month plan or $282 a year (which saves $42), and the benefits start the moment you enroll. Enroll by phone or online. Your 15 percent discount activates immediately on your first call. Then call the office to schedule your included flush, inspection and water quality test at a time that suits you. From there, if something goes wrong, you get priority scheduling and no dispatch fee.
When does my 15 percent discount activate? The moment you enroll. It applies to every eligible service call, with savings of up to $500 per call.
Can I cancel? Yes, at any time. If you cancel before completing a full 12-month term, standard non-discounted rates for services already performed become due at cancellation.
When are you available for service? Members get priority scheduling Monday through Friday. We reserve Sundays for faith and family; that is part of who we are as a family business.
Do I need flush valves on my water heater? Yes. If your system does not have them, installation is available at an additional cost.
Can I combine Guardian Plan benefits with other promotions? No. Guardian Plan discounts cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions or special offers.
How do I schedule my annual benefits? Call the office and we coordinate the included services at a time that works for you.
How does monthly billing work? The plan is billed automatically each month, continues through the 12-month term, and renews automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date.
The Genzel Guardian Plan offers a monthly membership of $27.00 per month billed monthly with a 12-month commitment, or an annual membership of $282.00 per year, saving $42 when paid annually. Benefits begin immediately on enrollment and apply only to the enrolled property. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation before completing the initial 12-month term results in the retroactive removal of membership discounts and complimentary services received, and any remaining balance becomes due at cancellation. Annual memberships are prepaid and non-refundable once benefits have been used. Benefits are non-transferable.
